THE EFFECT OF MATERIALIST TENDENCIES ON CONSUMERS' PURCHASING DECISION STYLES: SAMPLE OF DÜZCE UNIVERSITY

The aim of this study is to determine the effect materialist tendencies consumers on their purchase decision styles by structural equation model. For purpose, a questionnaire have been interviewed with 393 students simple random sampling method in province Duzce University - Faculty Business Administration, using scale tendency and making styles. In study, quantitative research has used primary data collected technique. Data obtained analyzed SPSS 23.0 Amos programmes. exploratory confirmatory factor analyses were conducted for construct validity hypotheses tested According analyses, it was seen that perceived one purchasing seven dimensions. analysis model proposed variables, concluded had significant positive dimensions fashion conscious, brand quality habitual confused over-choice; negative consciousness which are sub-dimensions
